  • What do I need to put my dirty laundry in?
    For your first pickup, you are welcome to place your laundry in whatever is most convenient for you. You can use garbage bags, plastic bags, your own laundry basket etc. When we return your order, we will return it in our reusable laundry bags. You are welcome to use these for all future orders.
  • Do I need to be home for my pickup/delivery?
    You do not need to be home at the time of your scheduled pickups/deliveries. As long as you are comfortable with it, you are welcome to leave your order on your front porch for a contact free pickup/delivery. If you would prefer to leave your order somewhere else, please let us know where in the "driver instructions" section when you schedule your pickup.
  • Why am I not receiving my confirmation email?
    Try checking your spam folder. Depending on your email security preferences, our emails may end up in spam. If you still cannot find it, add to your contact list. Go back to our website and login again. It should resend the email and show up in your inbox folder. If you are still experiencing issues with emails, please contact us at 813-563-2659.
  • Where will my clothes be laundered? Will it be in someone's home?
    Absolutely not! All orders are always processed by trained, professional laundry attendants in one of our professional laundromat facilities. They will never be done in someone's home.
  • Will my clothes be washed with someone else's clothes?
    While many laundromats and dry-cleaning facilities utilize this method to save money, we will never wash your order with someone else's. We have machines ranging from 20lbs all the way up to 100lbs to ensure we can process each order individually, no matter what the size.
  • What if I have allergies?
    No worries at all! We offer an upgraded detergent option of All Free and Clear. Just add this option when you schedule your pickup. You are also welcomed to provide your own detergent for your order if you prefer.
  • What detergent do you use? Can I provide my own?
    Absolutely! Our default detergent is Arm and Hammer with Oxy. We also have upgradeable options such as Gain and All Free and Clear. However, if you prefer to send your own supplies, you are more than welcome to do so. We just kindly ask that you write your name on all supplies sent in. We will return the remaining supplies back to you with your clean laundry the next day.
  • What if I want articles on hangers instead of folded?
    If you would like articles hung up on hangers, you can select the hang option when you schedule your order. We just ask that you specify which articles you would like hung up (i.e.: all shirts, all adult shirts, collared shirts, all children's uniforms, men's dress pants etc.) Please be as specific as possible. We want to be sure we process your laundry exactly the way you want it. There is a $5 flat fee per order for hanging items, regardless of quantity. We provide wire hangers. You are welcome to provide your own if you have a different preference.
  • Do you offer dry cleaning services?
    At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning or ironing services.
  • Do you launder comforters?
    We are able to launder bulk items such as comforters and duvet covers. We have machines with the capacity to hold up to 100 pounds of laundry at a time. No comforter is too big for us to handle. Comforters, duvet covers, and dog beds are priced per item and not by weight.
  • Do you provide services for commercial accounts or local small businesses?
